The Progress of the Party’s Concept of Modernization from the Perspective of the Five-Year Plan

新中国成立以来,中国共产党在领导编制五年规划的过程中始终坚持社会主义现代化的基本思路,并在实践中不断赋予其发展目标以新的更加丰富的内涵,逐渐形成全面的现代化目标。经过几代人的接续奋斗,中国共产党领导中国人民创造了中国式现代化新道路,为世界贡献了实现现代化的中国方案。

Since the founding of new China, the Party has always adhered to the basic ideas of socialist modernization in the process of leading the formulation of the Five-Year Plan, continuously given new and richer connotations to its development goals, and formed a comprehensive goal for modernization. The Party has led the Chinese people to pioneer a new and uniquely Chinese path to modernization and contribute to the world a Chinese approach for realizing modernization by continuous struggle of several generations.
