逻辑起点、内在要求、改进路径和增效方法:基于人民群众日常生活的思想政治教育研究

Logical Starting,Intrinsic Requirement,Improved Path and Efficient Method:Research on Ideological and Political Education based on People’s Daily Life

思想政治教育需要密切关注人民群众的利益诉求,离开利益,空洞地开展思想政治教育不会产生任何实际效果。要尊重人民群众日常习俗和日常生活需求,学会使用人民群众日常语言,尊重人民群众的情感体验,要充分认识到人民群众不是以一种理性思维来认识理论知识的,而是看理论是否契合他们日常生活体验从而达到对理论的认知。思想政治教育工作者需要深入了解人民群众丰富多彩的真实生活和现实需求,了解日常生活与思想政治教育内容的内在联系,跟人民群众少讲“普通话”“标准话”,多讲“家常话”“掏心话”,让每句话都能够“声声入耳”,从而达到引领社会风尚、止邪于无形、“日迁善而不知”的效果。

Ideological and political education needs to pay close attention to the interests of the people,and without interest the education will not produce any practical results.It is necessary to respect the daily customs and daily needs of the people,learn to use the people’s daily language,respect the people’s emotional experience,and fully realize that the people do not use a rational thinking to understand theoretical knowledge but to see whether the theory fits them.Ideological and political educators need to have a deep understanding of the rich and colorful real life and real needs of the people,understand the internal connection between daily life and the content of ideological and political education,and speak less“Mandarin”and“standard language”to the people,but more“household words”“from the heart”to be“listened”,so as to achieve the effect of leading the social fashion and“stifle the evil in the cradle”.
