社区教育治理能力建设是构建学习型社会的重要问题,实现社区教育有效治理已具有越来越明显的能力指向,对社区教育多元主体的治理能力提出了要求。不同于社区教育以需求为导向,基于社区教育服务规范的社区教育治理应以治理目标为导向,以治理成效为评价标准,建立以多元主体的民主治理能力、制度治理能力、技术治理能力和市场治理能力为主要维度的治理框架,促进社区教育的善治与良性运行。
