摘要
社区教育治理能力建设是构建学习型社会的重要问题,实现社区教育有效治理已具有越来越明显的能力指向,对社区教育多元主体的治理能力提出了要求。不同于社区教育以需求为导向,基于社区教育服务规范的社区教育治理应以治理目标为导向,以治理成效为评价标准,建立以多元主体的民主治理能力、制度治理能力、技术治理能力和市场治理能力为主要维度的治理框架,促进社区教育的善治与良性运行。
Community education governance capacity building is the core supply-side issue in the construction of a learning society,and achieving effective governance of community education has become an increasingly obvious Pointing of Competence.Community education governance based on community education service norms is different from community education demand-oriented,but oriented by governance goals,and establishes a governance framework with democratic governance capacity of multiple subjects,institutional governance capacity,technical governance capacity and market governance capacity as the main dimensions according to community education service norms and governance effectiveness,so as to promote the achievement of good governance and well-ordered operation of community education.
