摘要 目的研究BRCA1、EML4-ALK基因多态性与非小细胞肺癌风险的相关性。方法选取85例非小细胞肺癌患者作为疾病组,另选取健康体检者120例作为对照组,分别对2组人群的基因型、最小等位基因频率进行对比观察,同时对不同基因遗传模型下非小细胞肺癌的风险进行对比观察。结果疾病组与健康组的基因表达之间的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过对2组对象的最小等位基因进行对比观察,BRCA1基因类型中的SER/GLY以及EML4-ALK基因类型中的V1具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。通过对疾病组患者的显性模型、隐性模型、加性模型进行风险评估,患者的BRCA1基因类型中的SER/GLY以及EML4-ALK基因类型中的V1差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05);患者的BRCA1基因类型中的SER/GLY以及EML4-ALK基因类型中的V1与非小细胞肺癌患者风险呈现正相关性。结论BRCA1基因类型中的SER/GLY以及EML4-ALK基因类型中的V1与非小细胞肺癌患者风险呈现正相关性,在疾病的进展以及早期发现中具有积极意义。 Objective To study the association of BRCA1,EML4-ALK gene polymorphisms with risk of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 120 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients were selected as the research object,and 85 cases of healthy patients were selected as the control group.Genotypes and minimal allele frequencies of the 2 groups were observed and compared,and the risk of non-small cell lung cancer under different genetic models were observed.Results Through the study of disease group and health group,it was found that there were significant differences in gene expression between the 2 groups(P<0.05).By comparing the minimal alleles of the 2 groups,there were significant differences in SER/GLY of BRCA1 gene type and V1 of EML4-ALK gene type(P<0.05).In three models,SER/GLY in BRCA1 genotype and V1 in EML4-ALK genotype were significantly different(P<0.05);SER/GLY in BRCA1 genotype and V1 in EML4-ALK genotype were positively correlated with the risk of NSCLC.Conclusion SER/GLY in BRCA1 genotype and V1 in EML4-ALK genotype are positively correlated with the risk of NSCLC patients,and have positive significance in disease progression and early detection.
