在上皮性卵巢癌组织中bFGF和LN表达的临床意义及其与肿瘤血管生成的相关性 被引量:4

Clinical Significance of bFGF and LN Expression in Epithelial Ovarian Cancer and Their Correlation with Tumor Angiogenesis

摘要 目的探讨bFGF和LN在上皮性卵巢癌组织中表达的临床意义及与肿瘤血管生成的相关性。方法随机选取上皮性卵巢癌患者术后留存的肿瘤组织及癌旁组织石蜡标本,分别作为病理组(n=63)和癌旁组(n=63),采用免疫组化检测组织中bFGF和LN阳性表达结果,并对微血管密度(MVD)进行计数,比较两组及不同临床分期患者bFGF和LN阳性表达结果以及MVD值,并进一步分析bFGF和LN与MVD的相关性。结果与癌旁组相比,病理组bFGF和LN阳性表达率以及MVD值均显著增加,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同临床分期、病理分级以及淋巴结转移情况的上皮性卵巢癌组织中bFGF和LN阳性表达率以及MVD值均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),而不同病理类型则无显著差异(P>0.05)。Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者bFGF和LN阳性表达率以及MVD值均显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,低分化患者bFGF和LN阳性表达率以及MVD值均显著高于高中分化,淋巴结转移患者bFGF和LN阳性表达率以及MVD值均显著高于非淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05)。bFGF和LN的高表达均与MVD值呈显著正相关(γ均>0,P均<0.05)。结论bFGF和LN的表达与上皮性卵巢癌患者的临床分期、病理分级以及淋巴转移等临床特征密切相关,并可能通过促进上皮性卵巢癌组织血管生成而参与其发生和进展。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of bFGF and LN expression in epithelial ovarian cancer and its correlation with tumor angiogenesis.Methods The paraffin specimens of tumor tissue and adjacent tissues from patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were randomly selected into the pathological group(n=63)and the adjacent group(n=63),and immunohistochemistry was used to detect the positive expression of bFGF and LN in the tissue,the microvessel density(MVD)was counted,and the positive expression results of bFGF and LN and MVD values between the 2 groups and patients with different clinical stages were compared.And the correlation between bFGF and LN and MVD were further analyzed.Results Compared with the adjacent group,the positive expression rate of bFGF and LN and MVD value in the pathological group increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the positive expression rates of bFGF and LN and MVD values in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues with different clinical stages,pathological grades,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in different pathological types(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of bFGF and LN and the MVD value of patients with stageⅢ~Ⅳwere significantly higher than those of stageⅠ~Ⅱ,the positive expression rate of bFGF and LN and the MVD value of poorly differentiated patients were significantly higher than those of high-medium differentiation,and the positive expression rate of bFGF,LN and MVD value in patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients with non-lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The high expression of bFGF and LN were significantly positively correlated with the MVD value(all r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of bFGF and LN is closely related to the clinical stage,pathological grade and lymphatic metastasis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.And may participate in the occurrence and progression of epithelial ovarian cancer tissue by promoting angiogenesis.
