CTHRC1与PD-L1在前列腺癌组织中的表达水平及临床意义

The Expression Level and Clinical Significance of CTHRC1 and PD-L1 in Prostate Cancer Patients

目的探讨胶原三股螺旋重叠蛋白1(CTHRC1)与程序性死亡受体-配体(PD-L1)在前列腺癌组织中的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取行根治性前列腺切除术的86例患者,采用免疫组织化学法检测肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中CTHRC1、PD-L1的表达情况,采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线比较患者生存情况。结果CTHRC1、PD-L1在前列腺癌组织中高表达率分别为75.58%和80.23%,高于癌旁组织(P<0.001);CTHRC1、PD-L1表达与患者年龄及术前PSA水平无关(P>0.05),但与肿瘤分期、骨转移及Gleason评分相关(P<0.05);化疗有效的患者CTHRC1、PD-L1水平低于无效患者(P<0.001);肿瘤组织中CTHRC1、PD-L1高表达患者生存率低于低表达患者(P<0.05)。结论CTHRC1、PD-L1在前列腺癌患者组织中呈高表达,可能与前列腺癌的发生发展相关,有望成为评估前列腺癌化疗效果及预后的相关指标发挥临床作用。

Objective To explore the expression level and clinical significance of Collagen triple helix repeat containing 1(CTHRC1)and programmed death receptor-ligand(PD-L1)in prostate cancer patients.Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent radical prostatectomy were selected.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CTHRC1 and PD-L1 in tumor tissues and adjacent tissues,using Kaplan-Meier survival curve compares the survival of patients.Results The high expression rates of CTHRC1 and PD-L1 in prostate cancer tissues were 75.58%and 80.23%,respectively,which were higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.001);the expression of CTHRC1 and PD-L1 had nothing to do with the patient’s age and preoperative PSA level(P>0.05),but it was related to tumor stage,bone metastasis and Gleason score(P<0.05);CTHRC1 and PD-L1 levels in the tissues of patients with effective chemotherapy were lower than those of ineffective patients(P<0.001);CTHRC1 and PD-in tumor tissues The survival rate of patients with high L1 expression was lower than that of patients with low expression(P<0.05).Conclusion CTHRC1 and PD-L1 are highly expressed in the tissues of prostate cancer patients,which may be related to the occurrence and development of prostate cancer.They are expected to be related indicators to evaluate the effect of chemotherapy and prognosis of prostate cancer and play a clinical role.
