雷替曲塞用于结直肠癌腹膜转移患者术中腹腔灌注化疗的安全性研究

Security Observation of Intraoperative Intraperitoneal Perfusion Chemotherapy with Raltitrexed for Peritoneal Metastasis of Colorectal Carcinomas

目的评估结直肠癌腹膜转移患者术中雷替曲塞腹腔灌注化疗的安全性。方法选择江西省肿瘤医院2019年11月至2021年5月收治的60例经腹腔镜探查结直肠癌腹膜转移患者,随机分为2组,实验组30例,对照组30例。其中实验组采用雷替曲塞腹腔灌注化疗;对照组则不做任何处理。分析比较2组患者恶心、呕吐、腹胀、肠梗阻等并发症发生率,术前及术后1 d、3 d患者的血常规、肝肾功能及肠道功能恢复时间。结果2组患者术后并发症如恶心、呕吐、肠梗阻、腹胀等的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者术前、术后肝肾功能、血小板、白细胞比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);2组患者术后肠功能恢复时间无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论雷替曲塞用于结直肠癌腹膜转移患者术中腹腔灌注化疗安全可耐受、无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe and evaluate the intraoperative intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy security with raltitrexed in patients with peritoneal metastasis of colorectal carcinomas.Methods 60 patients with peritoneal metastasis of colorectal cancer treated by laparoscopic exploration were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group.The experimental group was treated with raltitrexed intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy;the control group did not receive any treatment.The incidence of complications such as nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension and intestinal obstruction,blood routine,hepatorenal functions and intestinal function recovery time before and 1 and 3 days after operation were analyzed and compared between the 2 groups.Results The major complications post operation included nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension,intestinal obstruction,There were no significant differences between the 2 groups.There were no statistically significant differences between the 2 groups in indexes of hepatorenal functions,platelet,white blood cell(P>0.05).The recovery time of bowel function in the 2 groups were compared,there had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy of raltitrexed in patients with peritoneal metastasis of colorectal carcinomas is safe and tolerable without obvious adverse reactions.
