摘要
目的研究超声造影联合hPygo2、人G补缀FHA域血管生成因子1(angiogenic factor with G and FHA domains 1,AGGF1)水平检测老年宫颈癌患者术后疗效。方法选取126例行手术治疗的老年宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,根据患者术后疗效分为有效组和无效组,两组患者均行超声造影检测,并检测组织中hPygo2、AGGF1的表达情况,比较两组患者术后宫颈癌组织的血流灌注参数,并对影响术后疗效的相关因素进行单因素和Logistic回归分析,探讨影响术后疗效的独立影响因素,以及超声造影与hPygo2、AGGF1水平间的相互关系。结果有效组患者术前AT、TTP显著高于无效组,而PI显著低于无效组(P<0.05)。有效组患者宫颈癌组织中hPygo2、AGGF1表达水平显著高于无效组(P<0.05)。患者肿瘤大小、组织hPygo2和AGGF1表达水平以及影像结果均是影响术后疗效的危险因素。组织hPygo2和AGGF1表达水平、AT、TTP相互之间存在正相关性,均与PI呈现负相关。结论hPygo2、AGGF1在宫颈癌组织高水平表达,而超声造影可有效反应肿瘤血流灌注状态。三者之间存在显著相关性,联合检测可有效反应术后疗效。
Objective To study of postoperative efficacy of elderly patients with cervical cancer by contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with hPygo2 and AGGF1 level detection.Methods 126 elderly patients with cervical cancer who were treated surgically were selected as the subjects and were divided into effective group and ineffective group according to the postoperative curative effect.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound was performed in both groups,and the expression of hPygo2,AGGF1 in the tissue was detected.The blood perfusion parameters of cervical cancer tissue were compared between the 2 groups,and the related factors affecting the postoperative curative effect were analyzed by univariate and logistic regression analysis,and the independent influencing factors of postoperative curative effect were discussed,as well as the correlation between ultrasound imaging and hPygo2 and AGGF1 levels.Results The preoperative AT and TTP of the effective group was significantly higher than that of the ineffective group,but the PI of the effective group was significantly lower than that of the ineffective group(P<0.05).The expression level of hPygo2 and AGGF1 in cervical carcinoma of effective group was significantly higher than that of ineffective group(P<0.05).The tumor size,the expression of hPygo2 and AGGF1 in the tissue and the imaging results were all the risk factors for the postoperative curative effect.The expression levels of hPygo2 and AGGF1 in tissues and AT,TTP were positively correlated with each other,but negatively correlated with PI.Conclusion The expression of hPygo2 and AGGF1 in cervical carcinoma is high,and contrast-enhanced ultrasound can effectively reflect the perfusion state of tumor.There is a significant correlation among hPygo2,AGGF1 and contrast-enhanced ultrasound,and the combined detection could effectively reflect the postoperative curative effect.
