外购模式和种养结合模式下青贮玉米饲料成本效益对比分析

Comparative analysis of the cost-effectiveness of silage corn feed under the external purchase mode and the combined seed-feeding mode

新冠肺炎疫情给奶牛养殖主体带来一定的生存危机,笔者对河北省青贮玉米种植现状和新冠肺炎疫情发生前后奶牛养殖饲料价格变化情况进行了调研,并对比分析了外购模式与种养结合模式下青贮玉米饲料成本效益。结果表明:河北省青贮玉米种植存在地区不平衡性,市场供应不足,新冠肺炎疫情发生后奶牛养殖饲料价格上升幅度较大;种养结合模式下青贮玉米饲料成本效益高于外购模式。鉴于此,笔者提出应加大政策扶持力度,提高饲草种植积极性;推广饲草种植及废弃物处理配套技术,提高产量及品质;发挥龙头企业引领作用,优化饲草种植结构;提高饲草种植机械化程度,提升生产效率,推动种养结合模式的快速发展。

The COVID-19 epidemic has brought a certain existential crisis to dairy farmers.The present situation of silage corn planting in Hebei Province and the change of feed price of dairy cattle before and after the occurrence of COVID-19 were investigated,and the cost-effectiveness of silage corn feed under the external purchase mode and the combined seed-feeding mode was compared and analyzed.The results showed that there was regional imbalance in silage corn planting in Hebei Province,and the market supply was insufficient.After COVID-19 outbreak,the price of feed for dairy cattle increased greatly.The cost-effectiveness of silage corn feed under the combined seed-feeding mode was higher than that under the external purchase mode.In view of this,the author put forward that increasing the policy support and forage planting initiative;promoting the supporting technoligies of forage planting and waste treatment for improving output and quality;giving play to the leading role of leading enterprises,optimizing forage planting structure;improving forage planting mechanization degree,improving production efficiency,in order to promote the rapid development of the combined seed-feeding mode.
