人工授精技术在乌苏里貉育种中的应用效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究人工授精对乌苏里貉母貉繁殖性能的影响,试验选择体重相近的乌苏里貉母貉88只,随机分为自然交配组(33只)和人工授精组(55只),在相同的饲养条件下饲养并进行受配试验,测定母貉的受胎率、胎平均产仔数及仔貉平均个体初生重。结果表明:人工授精组的母貉受胎率和自然交配组差异不显著(P>0.05),人工授精组母貉的胎平均产仔数和仔貉平均个体初生重均显著高于自然交配组(P<0.05)。说明人工授精技术在乌苏里貉育种中应用效果较好,能够提高母貉的繁殖性能,值得大力推广。 In order to study the effect of artificial insemination on the reproductive performance of female Wusuli raccoon dogs,88 female Wusuli raccoon dogs with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into natural mating group(33 Wusuli raccoon dogs)and artificial insemination group(55 Wusuli raccoon dogs).Under the same feeding conditions,the mating test was carried out.The conception rate,average litter size of female raccoon dogs and birth weight of young reccoon dogs were determined.The results showed that there was no significant difference in conception rate of female raccoon dogs between artificial insemination group and natural mating group(P>0.05),but the average litter size of female raccoon dogs and birth weight of young reccoon dogs in artificial insemination group were significantly higher than those in natural mating group(P<0.05).The results indicated that artificial insemination technology had a good effect in the breeding of Wusuli raccoon dogs,and could improve the reproductive performance of female raccoon dogs,and was worthy popularizing.
