肱骨近端骨折锁定钢板内固定治疗临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Locking Plate Internal Fixation for Proximal Humerus Fractures

目的:对比分析不同锁定钢板内固定手术治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法:选取本院在2018年9月-2019年12月收治的46例肱骨近端骨折患者,按照数字随机表法分为观察组(改良切口切开复位内固定治疗方法)和对照组(应用传统切开复位内固定治疗方法),每组均为23例。采用统计学分析分析2组平均术中出血量、平均术后恢复时间、平均手术时间、术后并发症(钢板松动、关节活动受限)发生率、临床治疗效果。结果:观察组平均术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组平均术后恢复时间、平均手术时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后并发症发生率4.35%,明显低于对照组17.39%(P<0.05),观察组临床治疗效果95.65%,明显高于对照组82.61%(P<0.05)。结论:改良切口切开复位内固定手术可有效治疗肱骨近端骨折患者。

Objective:To compare and analyze the curative effect of different locking plate internal fixation operations for the treatment of proximal humeral fractures.Methods:A total of 46 patients with proximal humeral fractures admitted to this hospital(from September 2018 to December 2019)were selected and divided into experimental group(modified incision open reduction and internal fixation treatment)and control group according to the numerical random table method(Using traditional open reduction and internal fixation treatment),there were 23 cases in each group.Statistical analysis was used to analyze the average intraoperative blood loss,average postoperative recovery time,average operation time,incidence of postoperative complications(plate looseness,restricted joint movement),and clinical treatment effects in the two groups.Results:The average intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average postoperative recovery time and average operation time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the experimental group was 4.35%Was significantly lower than 17.39%of the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical treatment effect of the experimental group was 95.65%significantly higher than that of the control group 82.61%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified incision open reduction and internal fixation can effectively treat patients with proximal humeral fractures.
