互联网+四位一体在老年骨折手术中的效果

Effect of Internet Plus four in one in Elderly Fracture Surgery

目的:研究互联网+"四位一体"健康教育引入老年骨折手术病人中的疗效。方法:根据随机数字表法将2018年4月-2019年4月期间本院接收的老年骨折手术患者80例分为2组,对照组40例采取常规护理,观察组40例实施互联网+“四位一体”健康教育。将2组的临床效果进行比对。结果:观察组患者的健康知识掌握率、护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年骨折手术患者实施互联网+“四位一体”健康教育可提升其健康知识掌握率,减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,取得了令人满意的效果。

Objective:To study the effect of Internet plus four in one health education on elderly patients with fracture surgery.Methods:According to the random number table method,80 cases of elderly fracture patients received from April 2018 to April 2019 were divided into two groups,40 cases in the control group received routine nursing,and 40 cases in the observation group were given Internet plus four in one health education.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The rate of mastering health knowledge and nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,and the length of stay was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internet plus"four in one"health education for elderly patients with fracture surgery can improve their knowledge of health,reduce complications,shorten the length of stay,and achieve satisfactory results.
