PDCA循环法在围术期结果质量方面的应用

The Application of PDCA Cycle Method in the Outcome Quality of Perioperative Period

目的:探讨PDCA循环法在围术期结果质量方面的应用,为改进围术期护理质量提供参考依据。方法:选取咸宁市中心医院、同济咸宁医院外科片区13个护理单元与手术室护理单元2014年围术期结果的全方位质量数据资料,与《护理质量评价标准》中围术期相应的结果质量标准进行比较;对不达质量标准的内容系统全面地分析其中存在的问题并用PDCA循环法对其进行质量控制管理。在此基础上,收集2015、2016年13个护理单元以及手术室护理单元采用PDCA循环法后围术期护理质量的数据与2014的数据进行比较,以此考察PDCA循环法实施后围术期相关护理质量的改善情况并对其进行统计分析。结果:PDCA循环法实施后,患者对护理工作的总满意率由之前的79.74%提升到95.70%,(χ^(2)5.32,P<0.05),有统计学意义。外科片院内压疮发生率由0.61%下降至0.18%,(χ^(2)=4.98,P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:PDCA循环法能有效发现围术期护理质量管理中存在的问题及提高围术期护理质量结果,从而能促进围术期护理质量管理水平的不断提高。

Objective:To explore the application of PDCA eirculation method in the quality of perioperative period results,and to pro-vide a reference for improving the quality of perioperative nursing care.Methods:13 nursing units and nursing units in operating room of surgical area from Xianning central hospital and Tongji Xianning hospital were selected.The results of perioperative period in 2014 of the above 13 units were analyzed.Compared with the corresponding result quality standard of perioperative period in the nursing quality evalu-ation standard,analyzed the existing problems systematically and comprehensively,and carried on the quality control management with the PDCA circulation method for the content which did not reach the quality standard.On this basis,collect the nursing quality data of 13 nursing units of 2015 and 2016 and perioperative period nursing quality data after adopting PDCA in operating room nursing units,and compared these data with those of 2014..The improvement of nursing quality in perioperative period after PDCA circulation method was investigated and the statistical analysis was carried out.Results:After the implementation of PDCA circulation method,the total satisfac-tion of nursing work rate increased from 79.74%to 95.70%,(=5.32,P<0.05),there was statistical significance.Surgical piece of pressure ulcer incidence rate decreased from0.61%to0.18%(=4.98,P<0.05,),there was a statistically significant.Conclusion:PDCA circulation method can effectively find out the problems existing in perioperative nursing quality management and improve the quali-ty of perioperative nursing,thus promote the continuous improvement of perioperative nursing quality management.
