揭阳至惠来铁路某站点防洪涝设防水位分析 被引量:1

摘要 合理的防洪涝设防水位的确定,对铁路站点的防洪涝安全有着极为重要的作用。针对揭阳至惠来铁路某站点的地形条件和洪涝特点,考虑大小涝区和是否溃堤等工况,通过“平湖法”进行防洪涝设防水位分析。结果表明:①在不考虑溃堤情形下,该站点在100年、50年和20年一遇降雨条件下的设防水位分别为6.62 m、6.47 m和6.27 m。②因该站点邻近的榕江南北河河段的堤防防洪标准为50年一遇,故100年一遇降雨频率下堤防有溃堤的可能,通过MIKE11模型计算溃堤流量,得到该站点在考虑榕江南北河溃堤时100年一遇的设防水位为7.84 m。研究成果可为平原区类似工程防洪涝设防水位的计算提供参考。 The determination of a reasonable flood and waterlogging fortification level plays an extremely important role in the flood prevention and safety of railway stations.According to the topographical conditions and flood characteristics of a station on Jieyang-Huilai Railway,considering the large and small waterlogged areas and whether the dike break or not and other working conditions,the Pinghu Method was used to analyze flood and waterlogging fortification water level.The results showed:(1)Without considering the dike break,the station’s fortification water level under 100-year,50-year,and 20-year rainfall conditions were 6.62 m,6.47 m,and 6.27 m,respectively.(2)Because the flood control standard of the dike of Rongjiang South River and Rongjiang North River adjacent to the station is once in 50 years,the dike might break under the frequency of once in 100 years.Calculating the dike break flow by MIKE11 model,the station’s fortification water level under 100-year rainfall condition was 7.84 m when considering the dike break of Rongjiang South River and Rongjiang North River.The research results can provide a reference for the calculation of flood and waterlogging fortification water level for similar projects in the plain area.
