摘要
针对建设周期短、运营周期长、各阶段互相衔接、建设运营一体的光伏电站特点,提出由建设方主导BIM策划和应用解决方案,各参建方各司其职,在交叉影响基础上分别提供最终BIM成果,经验收交付成果及相应设备移交给运营方长期应用,实现了光伏建设运营全过程BIM应用,创新了基于业主主导的光伏发电行业BIM应用管理体系。
According to the characteristics of photovoltaic power station with short construction period,long operation period,mutual connection of various stages and integration of construction and operation,the BIM planning and application solution were proposed,which were led by the construction party.Each construction party performed its own duties,provided the final BIM results on the basis of cross influence,and the acceptance delivery results and corresponding equipment were handed over to the operation party for long-term application.It realized the BIM application in the whole process of photovoltaic construction and operation,and innovated the BIM application management system based on the owner led photovoltaic power generation industry.
