摘要
重新界定"数字服务化"概念,厘清研究进展,突出其规模化的个性化和缓解信息不对称的核心特征,运用CiteSpace的科学知识图谱方法对国内外相关研究成果进行可视化,并从研究的趋势、主题、模式、目标、短板五方面进行对比分析。结果表明:国内外研究总体呈现学科视角不断丰富、成果数量持续增长、研究主题更加多元的态势,研究热点主要聚焦于数字技术、大数据、数字化、服务化等方面,但国际上关注企业的主观能动性,主要围绕工业时代传统制造业的服务化理论展开研究,而国内拓展出基于数字时代和跨学科视角的新的研究范式,在数字人文、服务业的数字化等方面展露优势并已形成若干基于国内情境的原创性理论成果,但仍面临学者与研究机构之间缺乏合作的现实难题。最后提出未来可以围绕数字服务化的相关概念辨析、理论体系建构、测量方法探索、典型案例分析等方面进行更深入的研究,以及加强和推进研究合作机制与理论体系建构等建议。
This article redefines the concept of digital servitization,clarifies research progress,highlights its core characteristics of large-scale personalization and alleviating information asymmetry,uses the scientific knowledge graph method of CiteSpace to visualize relevant research results at home and abroad,and makes comparative analysis from five aspects of research trends,themes,models,objectives and shortcomings.The results show that research at home and abroad shows a trend of increasingly rich disciplinary perspectives,increasing number of achievements and more diversified research topics,research hotspot focuses primarily on the digital technology,big data,digital,service,etc.Among them,the international research mainly focuses on the subjective initiative of enterprises,mainly focuses on the service-oriented theory of traditional manufacturing industry in the industrial era,while in China,a new research paradigm based on the digital era and interdisciplinary perspective has been developed,showing its advantages in digital humanities and digitalization of service industry,and has formed a number of original theoretical achievements based on the domestic context,however,domestic research still faces the practical problem of lack of cooperation between scholars and research institutions.In the end,the article proposes that further research on digital servitization can be carried out in terms of relevant concept discrimination,theoretical system construction,measurement method exploration,typical case analysis and other aspects,as well as strengthening and promoting research cooperation mechanism and theoretical system construction.
