Effect of Ambidextrous Technological Innovation and Market Orientation on Resources Bricolage

针对目前研究中技术创新与市场导向相对分离状况,将技术创新、市场导向纳入资源拼凑理论,构建技术与市场融合的企业4种创新发展模式,研究双元技术创新和市场导向,特别是其组合关系对企业资源拼凑的影响作用。利用信息技术、电子信息领域等239家企业样本数据的实证结果表明:应用性技术创新、先动型市场导向和反应型市场导向均有利于企业开展资源拼凑,探索性技术创新与企业资源拼凑存在显著负相关关系;探索性技术创新-先动型市场导向、应用性技术创新-先动型市场导向与资源拼凑之间关系不显著,应用性技术创新-反应型市场导向与企业资源拼凑存在显著负相关关系,探索性技术创新-反应型市场导向正向影响企业资源拼凑行为。基于研究发现,对促进企业积极进行资源拼凑提出注重资源配置、充分开发利用现有资源,以及加强技术与市场的联系、避免信息和资源不对称等问题等相关对策建议。

Aiming at the relative separation of technological innovation and market orientation in current research,this paper,incorporates technological innovation and market orientation into resource bricolage theory,explores the impact of ambidextrous technological innovation and market orientation on the firm resources bricolage.Based on a database covering 239 firms belong to the fields such as information technology and electronic information,the empirical results show that applied technological innovation,proactive market orientation and reactive market orientation will promote the development of resources bricolage,exploratory technological innovation and resource bricolage have significant negative correlation,exploratory technological innovation-proactive market orientation,applied technological innovation-proactive market orientation have no significant impact on resource bricolage,applied technological innovation-reactive market orientation has a restraining effect on resource bricolage,exploratory technological innovation-reactive market orientation will promote the development of resources bricolage.Based on the research findings,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote resources bricolage of firms,including focusing on resource allocation,full development and utilization of existing resources;strengthening the connection between technology and the market,to avoid information and resource asymmetry,etc.
