分析中药饮片调剂常见差错与质量提升方法

Analysis of the common errors and quality improvement methods of Chinese medicine decoction pieces dispensing

目的探讨中药饮片调剂过程中调配环节常见差错的原因和解决对策。方法选取2019年5月~2020年7月某院接受中药饮片治疗的3000例患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为两组。常规组1500例,采用传统药品调配方案;试验组1500例,根据某院中药饮片调剂环节以往存在的问题,提出针对性解决对策,形成优化调配方案,并据此为患者进行中药饮片调剂。统计两组中药饮片调剂差错发生率及具体的差错类型,统计两组取药满意度。结果试验组中药饮片调剂差错发生率(0.87%)低于对照组(3.8%),患者取药满意度(96.47%)高于对照组(84.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.318,88.634;P<0.05)。结论中药饮片调剂过程中调配环节常见差错原因较多,临床中需要根据常见差错原因以及临床风险问题提出针对性改进措施,尽可能降低和规避中药饮片用药风险,提高临床用药安全。

Objective To explore the causes and solutions of common errors in dispensing of Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Methods From May 2019 to July 2020,3000 patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.The conventional group of 1500 cases,using the traditional drug deployment scheme;the test group of 1500 cases,according to the previous problems in the dispensing link of Chinese medicine decoction pieces,put forward targeted solutions,formed an optimized deployment scheme,and based on this to dispense Chinese medicine decoction pieces for patients.The incidence of dispensing errors and the specific types of errors in the two groups were counted,and the satisfaction of patients with taking medicine of the two groups was counted.Results The incidence of dispensing errors of Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the test group(0.87%)was lower than that of the conventional group(3.8%),and the satisfaction of patients with taking medicine of the test group(96.47%)was higher than that of the conventional group(84.33%).The difference was statistically significant(χ2=28.318,88.634;P<0.05).Conclusion There are many common errors in the dispensing process of Chinese medicine decoction pieces.In the clinical practice,specific improvement measures should be put forward according to the causes of common errors and clinical risks,so as to minimize and avoid the risk of medication and improve the safety of clinical medication.
