基于人工智能的处方审核实践与药师干预结果分析

The practice of prescription pre-review and the analysis of pharmacists'intervention results based on the artificial intelligence

目的展现药师在处方前置审核中通过对不合理处方进行干预从而达到减少不合理处方、促进患者安全用药的作用。方法运用处方前置审核系统运行的数据,回顾性分析2019年5月~2020年4月药师干预的处方情况。结果药师处方干预成功率由52.85%上升至90.04%;药师干预的不合理处方问题类型位列前三的分别是适应证(71.27%)、用法用量(13.10%)、相互作用(6.44%);各类型处方问题药师干预成功率由高到低排序前三位是医院管理、配伍禁忌、适应证;药师干预成功率欠佳的是相互作用及特殊人群用药。结论药师在处方前置审核中需关注审方的重、难点,持续增强综合技能,结合临床实际与医生进行良好的沟通。

Objective To highlight the role of pharmacists in reducing unreasonable prescriptions and promoting the safe use of drugs for patients by intervening unreasonable prescriptions in the prescription pre-review.Methods Retrospectively analyze the prescriptions data intervened by pharmacists from May 2019 to April 2020 with the help of the the operation data from the prescription pre-review system.Results The success rate of pharmacists’intervention had increased from 52.85%to 90.04%;The top three types of the unreasonable prescriptions intervened by pharmacists are as follows:inappropriate indications(71.27%),inappropriate usages and dosages(13.10%)and adverse drug interactions(6.44%).Meanwhile,hospital management,incompatibility,and indications are the top three factors with high intervention success rate by pharmacists.However,we have lower intervention success rate in the the adverse drug interactions and the medications of special populations.Conclusion Pharmacists not only have to pay attention to the key points,the difficulties of prescription pre-review and strengthen the comprehensive ability,but keep a good communication with physicians combining with clinical practice.
