盐酸倍他司汀联合脉络宁治疗脑动脉供血不足性眩晕患者血流动力学及血清ILF-1、ET的影响

The effect of betahistine hydrochloride combined with Mailuoning on hemodynamics and serum ILF-1 and ET in patients with vertigo due to cerebral arterial insufficiency

目的探讨盐酸倍他司汀联合脉络宁治疗脑动脉供血不足性眩晕患者血流动力学及血清白细胞介素增强结合因子-1(ILF-1)与内皮素(Endothelin,ET)的影响。方法选择2019年1月~2020年10月收治的脑动脉供血不足性眩晕患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机信封抽签原则把患者分为联合组与对照组各40例。对照组给予盐酸倍他司汀治疗,联合组给予盐酸倍他司汀联合脉络宁治疗。结果联合组治疗后的总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的87.5%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的NIHSS评分都低于治疗前(P<0.05),联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的LVA、RVA血流速度都高于治疗前(P<0.05),联合组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血清ILF-1、ET含量低于治疗前(P<0.05),联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸倍他司汀联合脉络宁治疗脑动脉供血不足性眩晕患者能改善血流动力学状况,抑制血清ILF-1、ET的释放,促进恢复患者的神经功能,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of betahistine hydrochloride combined with Mailuoning on hemodynamics and serum interleukin-enhancing binding factor-1(ILF-1)and endothelin(ET)in patients with cerebral arterial insufficiency vertigo.Methods From January 2019 to October 2020,80 cases of patients with cerebral arterial insufficiency vertigo admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.All the cases were equally divided into the combination group(n=40)and control group(n=40)accorded to the principle of random envelope drawing.The control group were treated with betahistine hydrochloride,and the combination group were treated with betahistine hydrochloride combined with Mailuoning.Results The total effective rate after treatment in the combination group were 97.5%,which were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS scores of both groups after treatment were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the combination group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The LVA and RVA blood flow velocity after treatment in the two groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the combination group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Serum ILF-1 and ET levels after treatment in the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the combination group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Betahistine hydrochloride combined with Mailuoning can improve hemodynamics in patients with cerebral arterial insufficiency vertigo,inhibit the release of serum ILF-1 and ET,promote the recovery of patients'neurological function and improve the therapeutic effect.
