伤科灵喷雾剂治疗带状疱疹的疗效分析

Effect of Shangkeling Spray on pain relief and curative effect of herpes zoster

目的探究伤科灵喷雾剂治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法选取2018年1月~2020年8月收治的带状疱疹患者94例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。对照组采用常规抗病毒联合营养神经药治疗同时给予阿昔洛韦软膏患处涂抹,观察组采用常规抗病毒联合营养神经药治疗同时给予伤科灵喷雾剂,共治疗2周。治疗前及治疗后1周、2周,分别采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价疼痛程度,记录止疱时长、结痂时长、脱痂时长,治疗后评价治疗效果。结果患者治疗前两组患者VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1、2周两组VAS评分均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1、2周观察组VAS评分均较对照组下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组止疱时长、结痂时长、脱痂时长均较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束时,观察组有效率为97.9%,对照组有效率为85.1%,观察组有效率高于对照组(χ2=4.919,P=0.027)。结论伤科灵喷雾剂治疗急性带状疱疹,止痛效果明显,可以缩短止疱时长、结痂时长、脱痂时长,疗效显著,而且操作简便、疗效及安全性稳定。

Objective To observe the effect of Shangkeling Spray on pain relief and curative effect of herpes zoster.Methods 94 patients with herpes zoster from January 2018 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antiviral combined nutritional neurotherapy,at the same time,acyclovir ointment was applied to the affected area,and the observation group was treated with conventional antiviral combined nutritional neurotherapy at the same time given Shangkeling Spray,bothgroup were treated for 2 weeks.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the degree of pain before treatment and 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment.The duration of stopping blister,scab formation and decrustation were recorded,and the treatment effect was evaluated after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of blister arrest,scab formation and decrustation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate was 97.9%in the observation group,higher than the 85.1%in the control group(χ2=4.919,P=0.027).Conclusion The Shangkeling Spray has good analgesic effect in the treatment of acute herpes zoster.It can shorten the duration of blistering,the length of scab,and the length of scab.The curative effect is remarkable,and the operation is simple,the curative effect and safety are stable.
