益气维血胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎贫血患者的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Yiqi Weixue Capsules in treating patients with rheumatoid arthritis and anemia

目的观察益气维血胶囊对类风湿性关节炎贫血患者的临床疗效。方法选取风湿科门诊及住院部2019年10月~2020年10月就诊的类风湿关节炎贫血患者120例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予来氟米特片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益气维血胶囊治疗,共治疗12周。观察两组患者治疗前后实验室指标:红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、类风湿因子(RF)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平、治疗前后DAS28评分、治疗前后贫血症状积分情况及两组治疗后临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前实验室指标、DAS28评分和贫血症状积分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后组内比较DAS28评分显著改善(P<0.001),贫血症状积分有明显改善(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后Hb、RBC水平均明显高于对照组,RF、ESR、CRP水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后DAS28评分显著低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组患者治疗后贫血症状积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气维血胶囊对类风湿性关节炎贫血患者的临床疗效较好,能够改善实验室指标、贫血症状和关节疼痛及肿胀。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Weixue Capsules on patients with Rheumatoid arthritis and anemia.Methods 120 patients with Rheumatoid arthritis and anemia from October 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Leflunomide tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Weixue Capsules based on control for 12 weeks.The levels of RBC,HB,RF,ESR and CRP,DAS28 scores,Anemia symptom scores were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical effects were assessed after treatment.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in laboratory index,DAS28 score and anemia symptom score before treatment(P>0.05).DAS28 score was significantly improved(P<0.001)and anemia symptom score was obviously improved(P<0.05)in both groups after treatment.The level of Hb,RBC in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,the level of RF,ESR and CRP in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the DAS28 score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).The anemia symptom scores of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Yiqi Weixue Capsules on patients with rheumatoid arthritis anemia was good,and it could improve laboratory indexes,anemia symptoms,joint pain and swelling.
