摘要
《保障农民工工资支付条例》的实施对农民工工资支付及管理带来重大影响。但在农民工规模十分庞大的工程建设领域,该法规没有对工程总承包单位的权责做出明确规定,导致作为该领域重要参与方的工程总承包单位在适用该法规时仍存在困难。本文针对《保障农民工工资支付条例》施行过程中工程总承包单位的管理要点进行探讨研究,以期为同类型单位的农民工工资支付及管理提供一定的参考或借鉴。
The implementation of The Regulations on Ensuring The Payment of Migrant Workers’ Wages has brought significant impact on the payment and management of migrant workers’ wages.However, the scale of migrant workers in the field of engineering construction is very large.The regulations did not clearly stipulate the rights and responsibilities of engineering general contractor, which have caused general contractors who are important participants in this field to still have difficulties in applying the regulations.This article discusses and studies the management points of engineering general contractor during the implementation of "The Regulations on Ensuring The Payment of Migrant Workers’ Wages",in order to provide certain references for the wage payment and management of migrant workers of the same type of units.
