新时代呼唤新担当,新担当需要新青年。新时代青年社会责任感的培养,既直接关系到青年自身成长成才,也关乎到中华民族伟大复兴"中国梦"的实现。从宏观上来看,新时代青年的社会责任感已经引起社会的普遍重视,党和国家及相关部门越来越关注培养新时代青年的使命担当。但从微观上来看,新时代青年社会责任感培养作为青年素质教育的一个重要组成部分,还相对薄弱。新时代青年社会责任感培养的路径要以社会主义核心价值观为引导,以多方联动机制构建四位一体的培养模式,注重借鉴和吸收国内传统与国外先进的经验,从而建立多元化的青年社会责任感培养体系,以切实提升新时代青年社会责任感培养的针对性和实效性。

The new era calls for new responsibility, which need new youth. The cultivation of young people’s sense of social responsibility in the new era is not only directly related to their own growth and success, but also to the realization of the "Chinese Dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. From a macro point of view, the social responsibility of young people in the new era has attracted widespread attention. The party, the state and relevant departments have paid more and more attention to the mission of cultivating young people in the new era. However, from the micro point of view, the cultivation of youth social responsibility in the new era is still relatively weak as an important part of youth quality education. Therefore, the path of cultivating young people’s sense of social responsibility in the new era should be guided by socialist core values, build a four-in-on training mode with multi-party linkage mechanism, pay attention to learning and absorbing domestic traditions and foreign advanced experience, establish a diversified training system of young people ’ s social responsibility, so as to effectively improve the pertinence and effectiveness of youth social responsibility training in the new era.
