摘要
劳动教育是青少年全面自由发展的有效途径和重要教育内容。文章分析了劳动与人的发展关系,当代劳动形态发生的巨大变化,最高形态的自由劳动以人的全面发展为内涵,在此基础之上,当代劳动教育要转变价值观,拓宽教育形式,促进青少年的自由全面发展。
Labor education is an effective way and an important educational content for the comprehensive and free development of youth. The paper analyzes the relationship between labor and human development, the great changes in the form of contemporary labor, and the highest form of free labor is based on the all-round development of human beings. On this basis, contemporary labor education should transform values and broaden education forms to promote the free and comprehensive development of youth.
