由中华纸业杂志社出品的一年一度的“中国造纸企业20强巡礼”专题报道,如约而至。在过去的一年里,继续受全球疫情持续蔓延的影响,全球经济和贸易下降明显,外部环境复杂严峻,同时我国经济下行压力也较大,但随着防疫取得阶段性成果和经济恢复较好的积极因素的拉动,造纸工业的生产和运行也呈现了向好的发展态势,整体运行好于2019年。但同时我们也认识到我国经济仍然面临复杂多变的形势,加上废纸政策的变化,使得我国原本造纸原料就短缺的问题更加凸显,因此,企业要有风险防范意识,同时要增强产业链安全意识。

In 2020,due to the continued impact of COVID-19 worldwide,global economy and trade declined significantly,the external environment remained complex and severe,and there still exited greater downward pressure on China's economy.However,with the initial results of pandemic prevention and sound economic recovery,the production and operation of the paper industry showed a positive development trend,and its overall operation performed better than that of 2019.But at the same time,the national economy is still facing a complicated and changeable situation,coupled with changes in waste paper policies,making the problem of fiber shortage even more prominent.Therefore,paper enterprises must have a sense of risk prevention and enhance their awareness of industrial chain security.
