电针治疗气阴两虚型干眼症的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Acupuncture with Electric Stimulation in Treating Dry Eye Due to Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin

目的:观察电针治疗对气阴两虚型干眼症患者的影响。方法:将60例该型患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用电针治疗,对照组采用人工泪液治疗,观察各组治疗前后基础泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间、眼部症状评分及中医证候评分的变化情况并比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后基础泪液分泌试验左眼和右眼均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组泪膜破裂时间左眼和右眼也显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后眼部症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率86.7%,对照组13.3%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针治疗气阴两虚型干眼症可以促进泪液分泌并改善泪膜稳定性,缓解患者眼部干涩感、异物感、视疲劳等不适症状。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture with electric stimulation in treating dry eye due to deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Method:Sixty patients with these syndromatic types were randomized into treatment group of 30 cases,and control group of 30 cases.Treatment group was intervened by acupuncture with electric stimulation,while control group was intervened by Artificial tears.Schirmer I test,Break-up time,eye symptomatic scores and TCM syndromatic scores in the two groups were observed before and at the end of the treatment,and the clinical efficacies were compared.Results:After the treatment the binocular Schirmer I test and Break-up time in treatment group were significantly different from those in control group(P<0.05);After the treatment,the eye symptomatic scores in treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate in improving the TCM syndrome was 86.7%in treatment group versus 13.3%in control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate in improving the TCM syndrome between treatment group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture with electric stimulation is an effective method in treating dry eye due to deficiency of both Qi and Yin.It can promote tear secretion and improve tear film stability,meanwhile it can attenuate the discomfortable symptoms such as dryness,foreign body sensation and fatigue etc.
