中医舌诊新技术研究进展

Research Progress of New Technology about Tongue Diagnosis

舌诊是中医诊断学的重要方法之一,属于中医四诊中的“望诊”范畴。随着互联网医疗的兴起,多平台交互的需求促使中医四诊向标准化、客观化等方向发展。在此背景下,舌诊与生物医学工程、大数据等学科不断交叉融合,诞生了一系列重要的新技术。研究舌诊图像在客观化、标准化环境下的采集与分析,是实现中医远程诊断、信息交流共享的重要前提。同时,舌诊相关研究的发展与技术积累也促使相关行业标准的制定与完善,并逐渐形成具有中医特色的影像学概念。基于此,本文就舌诊相关新技术的研究进展进行系统总结,以启发今后中医特色影像学的构建思路。

Tongue diagnosis was an important diagnostic methods at Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).It belongs to the category of"observation"in four diagnostic methods.With the rise of internet medicine,the four diagnostic information should to be standardized and objective,and it’s also the requirement of multi-platform scenario interaction.The tongue diagnosis was constantly integrated with biomedical engineering,big data and other disciplines.Series of important new technologies have been born.The important premise for remote diagnosis and information exchange of TCM is to realize the collection and analysis of tongue diagnosis images in an objective and standardized environment.The accumulation of new techniques for tongue diagnosis also requires the unification of relevant standards.At the same time,the combination of tongue diagnosis and modern technology has also given birth to the concept of“TCM Imageology”.Based on the above,this paper systematically summarizes the research progress of new technology about tongue diagnosis.
