摘要
利用有限元软件DEFORM-3D研究了使用无沟槽型和双沟槽型钻头的普通钻削(CD)和使用双沟槽型钻头的超声辅助钻削(UAD)对Ti6Al4V合金钻削加工性能的影响,与普通钻削相比,双沟槽型钻头显著降低了钻削力和钻削温度。使用超声辅助钻削后,在更大程度上降低钻削力、钻削温度和扭矩。有利于提高工件的表面质量,提高刀具的使用寿命。
The influence of common drilling(CD)using grooveless and double groove drills and ultrasonic assisted drilling(UAD)using double groove drills on the drilling performance of Ti6Al4V alloy is studied by using finite element software Deform-3D.Compared with common drilling,double groove drills significantly reduce drilling force and drilling temperature.Ultrasoundassisted drilling reduces drilling force,temperature and torque to a greater extent.It is beneficial to improve the surface quality of workpiece and the service life of cutting tool.
