摘要
大型工件在加工过程中存在难以避免的误差,误差超标将对后续的生产和加工过程产生无法弥补的影响。针对以上问题,设计了一种大型工件检测装置,并且针对其控制系统以及数据采集软件系统进行设计。多次测试结果表明:该装置的控制系统以及数据采集系统可以满足此装置采集数据的需求。
It is difficult to avoid the error of large workpiece in the processing process,while error over standard will have irreparable influence on the subsequent production and processing process.In view of the above problems,a large workpiece detection device is designed,and its control system and data acquisition software system are designed.The test results show that the control system and data acquisition system of the device can meet the requirements of data acquisition.
