摘要 为有效解决云南地震预警系统信息发布覆盖范围有限、预警成效不足等实际问题,选取交互式网络电视(IPTV)作为云南地震预警信息的拓展发布渠道,联合云南移动和云南电信,通过设计云南地震预警信息发布安卓应用程序包(APK)、明确技术架构、设计发布规则和发布流程、开发"云南地震预警"电视应用,采用MQTT协议以广播的形式实现了IPTV地震预警。目前"云南地震预警"应用已推广覆盖至全省约900万IPTV用户,已有20万IPTV用户安装下载,地震发生后,该应用能在电视屏幕上以弹窗的形式显示地震基本信息、预测计算信息、避震提示及语音播报。通过在漾濞M_(S)6.4地震中的检验,其预警发布效果和宣传效果较好。 The Yunnan Earthquake Early Warning System used to consist of 746 sets of early warning terminals.As a result,it has a limited coverage of early warning information,and low efficiency.In order to solve this problem,we selected the internet protocol television(IPTV)as the channel for issuing the earthquake early warning information,and supported by China Mobile Yunnan Company and China Telecom Yunnan Company,we designed the Yunnan Earthquake Early Warning APK,defined the technical framework,the release rules and process,and finally developed the TV application of the Yunnan Earthquake Early Warning.So far,the application of the Yunnan Earthquake Early Warning has been pushed to about 9 million IPTV users in Yunnan province,and has been downloaded and installed by 2 million users.When an earthquake occurs,the application will soon display the warning information such as magnitude,epicenter,original time,predicted intensity arrival time of the P-wave,emergency hedging in the form of pop-up window on the TV screen.In the Yangbi M_(S)6.4 earthquake event,the application was tested and proved to be effective.
