摘要
金纳米棒易制备且易修饰,修饰后的金纳米棒本身属性不变,但肿瘤特异性靶向富集更好,全身毒性反应小和生物相容性更好。金纳米棒在红外光的照射下表面产生等离子共振效应,可将光能转化为热效应诱导肿瘤细胞死亡,在生物医学领域是最常用的金纳米材料,成为近年来在疾病诊治方面的研究热点。研究报道,金纳米棒光热效应可诱导肿瘤细胞启动程序性死亡,但是其诱导头颈部鱗状细胞癌死亡的机制目前尚不清楚。因此,本文就近年来金纳米棒在头颈部肿瘤中的研究进行综述,为将来金纳米棒在临床上治疗头颈鱗状细胞癌提供理论依据。
Gold nanorods are easy to be prepared and modified.Modified gold nanorods have unchanged properties,but better tumor-specific target enrichment,with small systemic toxicity and better biocompatibility.Plasmon resonance effects produce by the infrared light-irradiated surface of gold nanorods can convert light energy into thermal effects to induce the death of tumor cells.It is the most commonly used gold nanomaterials in the field of biomedicine,and has become a hotspot in research on the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in recent years.It was reported that the photothermal effects of gold nanorods can induce tumor cells to initiate programmed death,but the mechanism by which it induces the death of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma is still unclear.Therefore,this article reviews recent studies on gold nanorods in head and neck oncology,and provides a theoretical basis for future treatment of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma with gold nanorods.
