摘要
经口机器人手术(transond robotic surgery,TORS)于2005年首次进入头颈肿瘤外科领域,在10余年间迅速发展,开启了头颈外科微创手术的新时代。目前,TORS已成为治疗口咽、鼻咽、喉、颂下腺、甲状腺等部位肿瘤的一种有效手段。本文对手术机器人的发展历史、TORS的起源、以及近年来TORS用于上述各部位肿瘤治疗的现状进行了综合叙述,并对TORS的发展作出了展望。
Transoral robotic surgery(TORS)was initially applied in head and neck neoplasm surgery in 2005.It has been developing rapidly in over 10 years,which has initiated a new era of minimally invasive head and neck surgery.At present,TORS has become an effective method for treating neoplasms in oropharynx,nasopharynx,larynx,submandibular gland,thyroid and other sites.The article gives a comprehensive narrative on the origin,development and current status of TORS in the treatment of the above-mentioned neoplasms in recent years,and its outlook is also envisioned.
