摘要
目的:口腔恶性肿瘤的主要治疗方法包括手术、放化疗等。近年来,免疫治疗成为口腔恶性肿瘤治疗的新方法,免疫原性死亡的概念应运而生。口腔恶性肿瘤细胞经过放化疗后会发生凋亡,凋亡的细胞表面会释放一系列信号分子,这些信号分子促使机体对肿瘤细胞发生强烈的免疫应答,此过程称为细胞免疫原性死亡(immunogenic death,ICD)。口腔恶性肿瘤细胞ICD是一个涉及多种信号分子的过程,这些免疫信号称为损伤相关分子模式,主要包括钙网蛋白、热休克蛋白、高迁移率族蛋白B1以及三磷酸腺苷,本文对其进行简要概述。
Surgical treatment,radiotherapy and chemotherapy were mainly used for oral malignant tumors.In recent years,immunotherapy has become a new method for the treatment of oral cancers,and the concept of immunogenic death e-merges.Oral cancer cells will undergo apoptosis after chemoradiotherapy,and a series of signal molecules will be released on the surface of apoptotic cells.These signal molecules promote the body to develop a strong immune response to tumor cells.This process is called immunogenic cell death.Immunogenic cell death in oral cancers is a process involving a variety of signaling molecules called damage-associated molecular patterns,including calreticulin,heat shock protein,high mobility group protein B1 and adenosine triphosphate,which is summarized in this paper.
