摘要 介绍了石墨烯结构缺陷的主要类型,包括Stone-Wales缺陷、空位缺陷、线缺陷和面内杂原子取代缺陷。同时简述了各类缺陷产生的原因;其次,阐述了这些结构缺陷对石墨烯电学、热学、力学等性能的影响。综述了外加碳源方法修复石墨烯结构缺陷的研究进展以及外加碳源修复石墨烯结构缺陷的机理;最后,提出了石墨烯等纳米材料缺陷研究面临的挑战及展望。 The main types of structural defects in graphene,including Stone-Wales defects,vacancy defects,line defects and in-plane heteroatomic substitution defects,are introduced.Meanwhile,the causes of various defects are described briefly.Secondly,the influence of structural defects on the electrical,thermal and mechanical properties of graphene are described.Besides,the progress on the repair of structural defects in graphene by using external carbon sources and the mechanism of the repair of structural defects in graphene by using external carbon sources are reviewed.Finally,the challenges and prospects of defect research of graphene and other nanomaterials are proposed.
