摘要 提出了一种火花放电原子发射光谱法样品制备与表征的新方法。试样切割后,用现有的磨床磨削,再置于搪瓷盘中,用无水乙醇清洗,最后用无水乙醇淋洗样品分析面。表面粗糙度评定样品表面形貌,用轮廓的算术平均偏差Ra表征样品分析面的粗糙度,推荐样品分析面的Ra≤4μm。并探讨除磨料粒度外,磨具磨削率、线速度、组织、硬度等对样品分析面Ra的影响。方法直观简便、经济实用。 A novel method for preparation and characterization of the metallic samples for spark discharge atomic emission spectrometry was proposed.The samples were ground by ready grinder after cutting,and placed in enamelled pan contained ethanol absolute as immersed or semi-immersed mode,and washed with the brush.The determining surface of the samples was flushed with ethanol absolute last.The surface roughness was used to assess surface topography of the samples.The surface roughness of samples was expressed inμm as the arithmetic mean deviation of the profile Ra,and targeted below 4μm for spark discharge atomic emission spectrometry.The influence of grinding rate,relative grinding linear velocity,structure,grade of abrasive products etc.on the surface roughness of samples was discussed besides grain size of abrasives.The proposed method has the advantages of objectiveness,simplicity,practicality and economization.
