ATB-25沥青稳定碎石在高温多雨地区的配合比优化设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 为得到高温多雨地区的路面基层ATB-25的优化配合比,以混合料骨料填充理论为基础,综合考虑当地的实际具体条件及路用性能,采用正交试验方法设计试验级配曲线,确定最优的级配;再根据粗细集料比例、级配等指标进行分析。优化后的配合比ATB-25混合料方案的压实度提高了1.61%,每生产1t沥青混合料的耗气成本降低14.2%,具有很好的经济效益;有害气体的排放量降幅明显,具有很好的环境效益。 In order to obtain the optimal mix ratio of ATB-25 for pavement base in high temperature and rainy areas,based on the theory of mixing aggregate filling,comprehensively considering the actual local conditions and road performance,the orthogonal test method is used to design the test grading curve to determine the optimal gradation,then analyze according to the ratio of coarse and fine aggregates,gradation and other indicators.The compactness of the optimized mix ratio ATB-25 mixture program increased by 1.61%,and the gas consumption cost per 1 ton of asphalt mixture produced was reduced by 14.2%,which has very good economic benefits and good environmental benefits,the emission of harmful gases is significantly reduced.
