摘要
为了研究高压水射流清洗道路标线的效果,利用Fluent软件对清洗道路标线的喷嘴进行模拟仿真分析。研究了高压水射流喷嘴不同入口压力、不同入口直径、不同收缩角和不同冲击角度对清洗效果的影响。最终选择喷嘴出口直径d=1mm,入口直径D=5mm,收缩角α=30°,长径比l/d=3,用来建立喷嘴内外流场的仿真模型。结果表明:在入口压力为100MPa和冲击角度为30°的条件下,沿着路面方向的高压水射流具有更大的能量和速度,能够较好的清洗路面标线。
In order to study the effect of high-pressure water jet on cleaning road markings,Fluent software is used to simulate and analyze the nozzle of cleaning road markings.The effects of different inlet pressures,different inlet diameters,different shrinkage angles and different impact angles on cleaning effects of high-pressure water jet nozzles are studied.Finally,the nozzle outlet diameter is selected d=1 mm,inlet diameter is selected D=5 mm,contraction angle is selectedα=30°,aspect ratio is selected l/d=3,which is used to establishinternal and external flow field of the nozzle.The results show that under the conditions that the inlet pressure is 100 MPa and the impact angle is 30°,the high-pressure water jet flow along the road direction has more energy and speed,and can clean the road markings better.
