基于激励理论的军事职业教育学习动力研究

Study on Learning Motivation of Military Vocational Education based on Motivation Theory

军事职业教育是军事人才“三位一体”培养体系的重要组成部分,动力机制是撬动职业教育的有力杠杆,是推进军事职业教育健康持续发展的关键所在。根据军事职业教育“在岗在职”的特点,从“教”“学”“管”视角出发,突出正向激励,提出激发军事职业教育学习动力的对策措施,最大限度调动军队人员参与军事职业教育的积极性、主动性。

Military vocational education is an important part of the"trinity"training system for military talents.Dynamic mechanism isa powerful lever to leverage the vocational education and the key topromote the healthy and sustainable development of military voca-tional education.According to the characteristics of"on-the-job"ofmilitary vocational education,from the perspective of"teaching","learning"and"management",this paper highlights positive incen-tives,and puts forward countermeasures to stimulate the learning motivation of military vocational education,so as to maximize the enthusiasm and initiative of military personnel to participate in mili-tary vocational education.
