摘要
督评专家使用《锦州医科大学医疗学院理论课教学质量评价表》,对学院中青年教师的理论课教学情况进行随机性检查。调查结果显示,教书育人项平均得分最高(占96.87%),而教学能力的平均得分最低(61.28%);被评为良好的教师所占比例最大(51.37%);被评为优秀的教师中,职称为教授和讲师的所占比例最大(P<0.01);被评为良好的教师中,职称为讲师的比例高于其他各职称的教师(P<0.01)。大多数教师能弘扬正能量,树立社会主义核心价值观;教学态度端正,授课认真;教学技巧娴熟,条理清晰,重点突出;课堂气氛活跃,得到大多数学生的认同,出席率较高。
The Evaluation Table of Teaching Quality of Theory Coursesin Medical College of Jinzhou Medical University was used by the supervisory experts,to randomly check the teaching situation of young and middle-aged teachers in our college.The results showed that the average score of teaching and learning was the highest(96.87%),and the average score of teaching ability was the lowest(61.28%).The proportion of teachers who were rated as good was the largest(51.37%).Among the excellent teachers,professors and lecturers accounted for the largest proportion(P<0.01).Among the teachers who were rated as good teachers,the proportion of tea-chers with professional titles was higher than that of teachers with other professional titles(P<0.01).Most teachers can promote posi-tive energy and establish socialist core values;the teaching attitude is correct,the teaching is serious;the teaching content is familiar,theorganization is clear,and the focus is prominent;the classroom atmos-phere is active,and it is recognized by most students,and the atten-dance rate is high.
