高校大型仪器全生命周期体系化信息管理探索

Exploration of Systematic Information Management of Full Life Cycle of Large-scale Instruments in Colleges and Universities

针对高校大型设备信息化管理中各环节信息数据整合和共享不足、设备管理效率及效益较低等问题,对建立大型设备全寿命周期体系化信息管理系统进行探索。通过建立全寿命周期体系化信息管理系统,对大型设备全生命周期内各环节数据进行有效整合、共享以及分析,为高校大型仪器设备的合理规划、科学决策提供支撑,同时为提高大型仪器设备使用效益提供有力保障。

Aiming at the issues of information integration and sharingof large-scale equipment in the information management system in colleges and universities,the systematic information management system of the full life cycle of large-scale equipment is explored.Thesystem is conducive to the effective integration and sharing of data inthe full life cycle of large-scale equipment.Through the analysis ofdata,it provides support for the rational planning and scientific deci-sion-making of large-scale instrument resources in colleges and uni-versities,and provides strong guarantee for improving the use effi-ciency of large-scale instruments.
