摘要
在梳理国内外关于教学手段效能评估研究情况基础上,构建金工实训教学手段效能评估指标体系,并对评估体系进行权重的设置和分析,以G校金工实训教学为例,进行手段效能评估。评估结果显示,G校金工实训内部控制得分最高,其次是教学过程、毕业与就业,而技能与创新培养得分最低。提出创新管理模式,探索特色教学方法,搭建校企合作平台,与教学系部实现开放资源共享;进一步加强金工实训过程中学生技能和创新能力的培养,探索开展金工实训比赛,增强学生对金工课程的理解和运用,锻炼实际操作能力,增强学生参与金工实习的积极性。
On the basis of the domestic and foreign research on theevaluation of teaching means effectiveness,construct the index sys-tem of the effectiveness evaluation of teaching methods of metal-working practical training.Set and analyze the weight of the evalu-ation system,take the metalworking practice teaching in G school asan example.Assessment results show that,the internal control scoreof metalworking training in G school is the highest,followed by tea-ching process,graduation and employment,while the skills and innovation training score is the lowest.The suggestion is to innovate management mode,explore characteristic teaching method,build school-enterprise cooperation platform,and realize open resource sharing with teaching department;strengthen the metalworking trai-ning process of students skills and innovation ability;explore metal-working training competition,strengthen students’understanding and application of metalworking course,practice practical skills and enhance the enthusiasm of students to participate in the internship.
