摘要
由于传统振动筛筛分的分析方法不能分析颗粒之间以及颗粒与筛面之间相互作用过程的不足,提出了一种基于离散元法的大豆联合收获机振动筛筛分过程仿真方法。借助二维离散元法为研究手段,再利用刚体动力学方法,建立了振动筛筛分动力学模型,并编写了振动筛运动仿真的相关计算程序。通过仿真验证,可以得到筛分作业时,大豆颗粒筛分的关键运动参数,能够观察到大豆颗粒层形成、筛分和透筛的各个状态,实现了对整个筛分作业过程进行模拟,弥补了连续介质力学方法研究振动筛筛分过程的不足。
As the traditional analysis method of vibrating screen cannot analyze the interaction process between particles and screen surface,a large number of discrete particles can only be seen as a whole,the interaction between the particles and the particles between the screen surface cannot be analyzed,the process simulation method of discrete element method is proposed based on soybean Combine Harvester vibrating sieve.In this method,two-dimensional discrete element method,combined with rigid body dynamics method to create dynamic model of vibrating sieve,vibrating screen writing sports simulation program.Through the simulation,the job screening,screening critical motion parameters of soybean particles can be observed soybean granular layer,screening,and each state through the sieve,the realization of the entire screening process simulation jobs,making up the lack of continuum mechanics study shaker screening process.
