摘要
随着电子商务的繁荣,物流快递行业飞速发展,现存的仓库系统已经无法满足当下的物流需求。提出了一种基于工业机器人的智能仓储系统。利用Robotstudio软件完成了仓储系统的硬件搭建,并利用结构体和中断完成了控制系统设计。可以自主完成货物的入库和出库操作,具有成本低、用途广、存取效率较高等特点。
With the prosperity of e-commerce,logistics express industry fast development,the existing warehouses cannot meet the current logistics needs.This article proposes an intelligent warehousing system based on industrial robots.The hardware construction of the storage system was completed using Robotstudio software,and the control system design was completed using the structure and interrupts.It can independently complete the cargo storage and storage operations.and has the characteristics of low cost,wide use,and high storage efficiency.
