Research on Employment and Entrepreneurship of University Graduates in Henan Province

当前,受新冠肺炎疫情和经济下行等因素制约,高校毕业生就业形势异常严峻。做好河南高校毕业生就业创业工作,提升高校毕业生整体就业水平,对于稳住河南省就业工作的基本盘有重大意义。虽然河南省委、省政府采取了坚持高位推动、抓好政策落实、拓展就业渠道、提升就业技能等促进高校毕业生就业创业的一系列措施,并取得了一些成绩,但仍存在一些问题,需要从政府、高校、用人单位、毕业生四方面加以解决。

At present,because of the factors such as COVID-19 and economic downturn,the employment situation of graduates is quite severe.We should do a good job in the employment and entrepreneurship of university graduates in Henan province,and improve the overall employment level of university graduates,which is of great significance to stabilize the basic situation of employment in Henan province.Although Henan provincial party committee and the provincial government have taken a series of measures to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of university graduates,for example,insisting on the driving force from the high levels,emphasizing the policy implementation,expanding the employment channels,and improving the employment skills and so on,which have obtained some achievements,there still exist some problems which need to be solved with the efforts from four parts,the government,the university,the units in need of employment,and the graduates.
