The comprehensive reform project of agricultural water price in Jinyang irrigation area has brought unprecedented development opportunities to grass-roots water conservancy.The irrigation area has laid a solid foundation for the implementation of the strictest water resources management system through the upgrading and updating of metering facilities,wellhead transformation,automatic transmission,collection and remote monitoring of supporting water use information.
