速效水泥混合浆液注浆技术在强涌水复杂地层中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 复杂地层深井钻探存在较高施工风险,应对处理不当可能造成严重后果。在云南省迪庆藏族自治州香格里拉经济开发区地热井施工过程中遇到了强涌水、涌砂、塌孔、沉砂等复杂地质问题,给工程的正常开展造成较大困难。针对施工难题,现场采用了多种工艺进行施工,对比应用成效后,最终选用速效水泥混合浆液注浆的工艺进行实施。该工艺配合专用制浆设备及井口防喷装置,安全高效的完成了压力注浆流程。通过利用速效水泥浆液促凝特性,有效解决了井下径流水破坏水泥浆液的问题,使水泥能够顺利凝固。通过这一工艺的实施,基本封堵了涌水通道及井内严重扩径段,为井底沉砂上返创造了有利条件。该工艺从根本上解决了强涌水等复杂地层给施工带来的难题,最终顺利完成了地热井施工。 Deep well drilling in complex strata has higher operation risks.If improperly deal with can possibly cause serious consequences.A geothermal well has drilled in the Shangri-La economic development zone,Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Deqen,during the drilling process encountered strong water and sand gushing,collapse and sand cumuli etc complex geological issues,caused difficulties in normal project construction.Considering the operation hard nuts,multiple processes have been used in operation,after effects comparison,finally has selected accelerated cement mixed slurry grouting technology put into effect.The technology has operated with specified slurry agitator and wellhead blowout preventer,safely and efficiently fulfilled pressurized grouting process.Through accelerated cement slurry coagulation nature has effectively solved downhole runoff water harm to cement slurry issue,cement can coagulate favorably.Through the technology put into effect,has basically plugged water gushing channels and borehole serious diameter enlarged segment,created favorable condition for bottom cumulative sand upward returning.The technology has fundamentally solved strong water gushing etc complex strata brought construction hard nuts,favorably fulfilled geothermal well construction.
