淮南地区煤层气压裂地面微震监测技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 为进一步探索对煤层气的有效利用,淮南矿业集团在潘谢区块实施了煤层气“L”型钻井抽采孔,其施工程序为在煤层顶板进行水平井钻井,完井后在水平段进行分段射孔和压裂,进而实现顶板支撑裂缝与煤层的沟通,以利于有效开采煤层气。为检测压裂效果以淮南地区PX2-1井煤层气压裂为例,利用地面微震监测技术,优化微地震地面观测系统,连续采集煤层气压裂前、压裂中及压裂后的微震数据。通过研究微震数据处理解译技术、微震事件自动检测及精确定位技术,得到压裂产生裂缝的空间信息。在此基础上,分析裂缝扩展规律及空间展布形态,为优化压裂设计,提高开采效果提供技术支撑,为煤层气压裂工程施工、煤层气开发提供技术支持与服务。 To further probe into CBM effective utilization,the Huainan Mining Industry Group Co,Ltd.has constructed a CBM L typed drainage borehole in the Panxie block,when intersected to coal roof,and then carried out horizontal drilling.After the borehole completion,carried out sectional perforation and fracturing in horizontal segment thus realized communication between roof fractures and coal seam to effectively exploit CBM.The paper has studied the well PX2-1 CBM fracturing surface monitoring technology in the Huainan area,through microseismic surface viewing system optimized design,continuously acquired microseismic data before,during and after CBM fracturing.Through studies on microseismic data processing and interpretation,microseismic event automatic detection and accurate positioning technologies can acquire spatial information of fissures from fracturing.On this basis has analyzed fissure extending pattern and spatial spread form,thus provided technical support for fracturing design optimization,exploitation effect promoting.The study has provided technical support and service for CBM fracturing engineering operation and CBM exploitation.
