党史学习教育背景下高职院校青年教师思想政治建设思考

Taking Taizhou Polytechnic College as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the ide⁃ological and political quality of young teachers in higher vocational colleges,expounds the necessity of strength⁃ening the ideological and political work of young teachers in higher vocational colleges,and studies the imple⁃mentation path of strengthening young teachers'ideological and political work under the background of party history learning and education.
