高职院校学生档案育人功能研究

Research on the Education Function of Student Archives in Higher Vocational Colleges

2017年2月中共中央国务院《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》指出,要坚持全员、全过程、全方位育人,把思想价值引领贯穿教育教学全过程和各环节。围绕这一全方位育人要求,如何科学有效地利用学生档案开展高质量育人研究,已成为高校档案工作的新命题。文章从高职院校学生档案利用现状出发,对档案育人功能进行分析研究,提出充分发挥学生档案育人功能,全面助力高职院校学生身心发展的对策。

In February 2017,Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities under the New Situation pointed out that education should be implemented to all staff,all-round and the whole process,and guide the ideological value through the whole process of education and teaching.How to carry out high quality education research scientifically and effectively based on students’ar⁃chives has become a new proposition of college and university archives work upon all-round education require⁃ments.With the present situation,this paper analyzes and studies educational function of archives,and puts for⁃ward to give full play to the archives education function and help the physical and mental development of stu⁃dents in higher vocational colleges.
